    My family love chef joe ! He’s a great chef more or so a great person . Reliable ,Clean , always on time and willing to travel . He makes high protein meals for my brother who’s a athlete and and a separate meal for my mother who has diabetes and high blood pressure he’s been great at helping them both maintain their diet. If there’s anything that you like/or want to be made a certain way joe can make it happen he can make a variety of dishes. Over all My Chef Orlando is a great experience.read more

    We could not be more impressed with Chef Joe! Our basketball team had a tournament in Orlando and we all decided to make a vacation out of it. Six families, 20 plus kids of all ages all staying in a beautiful home in Reunion. Chef Joe prepared meals each night for our crew. He prepared a menu each night that would be pleasing to all. The food was amazing and the left overs fed our crew lunch the next day. We could not have been happier, the food was delicious.     We only had Chef Joe for one night be he created a meal that was stellar. Our group agreed that the Lobster Bruschetta was one of the best apps we have ever had. The Verde Soup was delicious, and we chicken stuffed with wild mushrooms and prosciutto were perfect. If the first 3 courses were enough, Chef Joe presented the most decadent dessert consisting of layers of cake combined with chocolate mousse, salted pretzels, bourbon cream and peanut butter gelato.read more

    Wow! What an amazing experience my family had this past week on vacation! Jeff from Chef Orlando prepared an amazing 3 course dinner for our family. He helped me figure out the perfect menu.     I can’t say enough amazing things about Joe we hired him to cook us dinner after we got married with just our parents to make the night even more special. We got a Villa at Disney’s Riviera Resort so I was happy to hear that he has cooked in other Disney’s hotels before. They arrived on time and never rushed us to sit down it was all about what worked for us. The food was unbelievably good we are still talking about it and thinking of when we can use him again. He can customize any meal to your exact spec, whether cooking for a small family or designing a weekly meal plan for a professional athlete who requires 5,500+ calories per day, or anything in between. He incorporates personal taste feedback really well and comes up with creative solutions to get healthy nutrients into meals for clients who are picky eaters. He’s timely, efficient, and goes above and beyond to clean the kitchen and prep areas, often leaving them in better condition than he found them.     I hired Chef Joe for my mother in laws 80th birthday brunch! He was amazing! The food was great, he had a nice variety and the service was amazing. I highly recommend hiring him for any occasion! He made everything so much easier than doing it ourselves or going to a restaurant. He catered to a pretty picky crowd and everyone loved everything!     Chef Joe and his team created a special dinner for my best friend's bachelorette party. He was right on time and the food he prepared was delicious! The starter we had was caviar nachos which was so light and deliciously made! The main was the stuffed chicken which I must honestly say was one of the best chicken dishes I've had. The dessert was the banana flambe and that was amazing too. Even though the prices may be slightly pricier compared to eating out at a mid-high range restaurant, the overall experience and the quality of the meal provided is well worth it!     I can't say enough good things about Chef Joe and My Chef Orlando. I was planning a dinner for my husbands 50th birthday. I love to eat and the menu had so many delicious options it was hard to narrow it down. Chef Joe was super quick to reply to both email and phone calls and helped us craft the perfect menu for everyone and even had a vegetarian option for two of our guests. We had a delicious plated four course meal and by the end we were so full and happy we barely moved. If you're thinking about using My Chef Orlando, just go for it.     Chef Joe was amazing! Due to some complications on my end, Chef literally just had a few hours to prepare for one of the dinners he was making my group of 13 and he pulled it off beautifully and professionally. He communicated every step of the way and was very flexible with some of the dietary restrictions in our group - one of which being vegan.     Hired chef joe for our family dinner in Orlando and it was better than we could of ever imagined . Joe put together personal menus for all of us and even had a separate dinner planned for the kids. Everything was better than we could of ever expected.     We were given our private chef evening as a gift. The food, presentation and service were all fabulous and we will definitely have Chef Joe and Kimberly back soon. Next time we all voted that we would love to have him design a surprise menu for us as we love all types of foods!     Chef Joe and his team far exceeded my expectations for my wedding day! Not only was this the best day of my life, it was the best food of my life! The food was the hit of the party, and Chef Joe and his team went above and beyond to entertain our guests while also preparing the food EXACTLY as we requested. When I first interacted with Chef Joe, I had a pretty good idea of how I wanted the food to be at my wedding, and he took it and ran with it! I asked that he have a table side demonstration of the food, and he was a STAR! All of my Guests thought this was the highlight of the meal, and it truly was. Best Caesar salad of my life!!! Chef Joe’s team was on top of service, constantly refilling beverages, clearing plates, and making sure everyone had everything that they needed.     Joe and Kimberly did a great job from beginning to end! We basically just had to open the front door and again when they left. They custom a few dishes to those who had allergies or diet restrictions, while allowing the rest of the group (11) full on flavor.     We originally hired chef to come for 2 meals for our family of 13. We ended up hiring them for an extra meal during our 5 day stay. They were amazing!     If you want to impress, this is who you must call. Chef Joe far surpassed my expectations. Eight of us were staying in a beautiful home on a golf course in Orlando and wanted to do something a little different than the norm. It was great to not have to think about going out to a restaurant after a long day on the links. Joe and Kimberley arrived on time and began to prepare the gourmet feast that would put any chef to the test. While dinner was being prepared, they put out an ample spread of a variety of cheeses, nuts, and spreads to enjoy as the house filled with the aroma of brewing meal. We started with a delicious and spice vegetable verde soup made with tomatillos and garnished with sour cream. It was a delectable starter. The endive salad followed and it was a great experience of textures and flavors which included apples, cheese, dried cherries and mixed greens with a scrumptiously light dressing. We could have stopped at this point, but the best was yet to come. We chose a non-traditional surf and turf dinner that was highlighted by a perfectly cooked Filet Mignon paired with a pan seared Tilapia that literally melted in your mouth as it was so tender, flaky and light. The accompanying veggies were brussel sprouts, baby yellow carrots, and roasted purple potatoes. To heighten our decadence we were offered a duo of mousse (chocolate & vanilla) garnished with some fresh fruit and a delicious down home versions of a fresh baked apple pie thingy with Ice Cream. Multi Yums on every course. We chose to do wine pairings with the meal and Kimberley, who is quite well versed in her wine knowledge, made for an interesting presentation and explanation with each pairing. The pair then proceeded to clean the kitchen and the dishes and left us feeling like royalty. If you are that someone that likes to do things the right way...this is the private chef experience for you.read more

    Chef Joe came and cooked for 15 of us. He was very professional and his food was wonderful. We made a few last minute changes and Chef Joe accommodated us at every turn. The price we paid for the level of service and quality of the dinner was a bargain. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them come over and make us dinner again. We did the buffet menu and I would recommend the Grouper and the Filet as both were excellent. Thanks and if we ever are back in Orlando we will do business with the Chef again.read more

    Chef Joe was absolutely AMAZING!!! I hired chef Joe based off of his reviews and I am glad I did because he was professional but most importantly, ALL the dishes were delicious.     Chef Joe and Kimberly were amazing!!! We are a family of 19 people and we rented a Villa at the Reunion Resort during the Christmas Week of 2017. In our family of 19, we have vegetarians, vegans, and members who have celiac disease. During that holiday week, Chef Joe prepared breakfasts and dinners for the whole family. He made sure that there were meals for everyone to enjoy. He was very careful to inform the necessary family members what was gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. More importantly, the food was delicious!!! Every meal was better than the next!!! In addition, Chef Joe kept the dinners interesting by hosting different theme nights – Mexican Night, Barbecue Night, Asian Night, etc. We highly recommend Chef Joe for your cooking/catering needs.     I'm currently in a training program for work and have to deal with mediocre food on a daily basis at our employee cafeteria. When I visited my friends in Orlando, we decided to have an impromptu dinner party at home. We called My Chef Orlando and it was such a treat. Chef Joe cooked, served, and cleaned. We didn't have to leave the house or lift a finger and the food was amazing. I was so happy to have a home cooked meal and dread having to return to the daily grind of cafeteria food.     From initial contact to finished product, Chef Joe and the team at MyChef provided an outstanding experience for our group of 13. The menu was delicious, creative and fresh. The prep and cleanup were capably handled by the team and the evening couldn't have gone any more smoothly, allowing our group to catch-up and enjoy a little socializing.     WOW!! My Chef is the absolute best! The food was amazing, fresh and interesting. Our menu included watermelon salad, salmon, steak, asparagus, potato mash and bananas flambe! Every bit of it was great....no additional seasoning needed! It was the best personal chef experiences I have had! Chefs Joe and his wife are extremely friendly and talented. If you are in the Orlando area, I would highly recommend you give them a try!read more

    We hired Joe last week for a three-day catering event for 10 adults and 10 kids up to age 7. He came up with the Intriguing menu for the adults and was very flexible working with the kids. My experience with him for the months working up prior to our visit was exceptional. He was responsive in contacts willing to work within budgets, and showed good originality with menus to meet multiple taste. On the day we were to arrive at our house at The Reunion Resort we were change to a new location last minute and Joe was incredibly accommodating to make the rest of our experience the pleasure. He and Chris we're just awesome! They were punctual, serve excellent food, there was plenty of extra leftovers, and then service with cleanup and the little extras really made it a hit with our whole group. I would highly recommend him in his team for any events you may have. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Joe and Chris for making it an exceptional trip for family and friends.read more

    We hired My Chef to cater a dinner to celebrate my sons leaving for college. What an amazing way to gather the family and send them off. Instead of stressing over cooking, cleaning, or going out, we were treated to restaurant quality food in the comfort of our home. While one member of the team provided table service (clearing plates, serving beverages, setting silverware for the next course, etc.), Chef Joe made magic in the kitchen. I'm still amazed at how efficiently he was able to work in our small kitchen! I look forward to the next opportunity to use this service.read more

    Do yourself a favor and hire Chef Joe today! He helped me pull off the ultimate surprise party for my husband's 40th birthday. With over 50 guests and differing food preferences, Joe was able to create a stunning menu that delighted everyone. I was amazed at the quality of food, service, and efficiency of setup and cleanup, which helped me focus on hosting the party. Highly recommend!read more

    My expectations for hosting a private work dinner party for 25 people were sky-high since I was planning the entire event from Texas, but Joe and his team met every single one of them with FLYING colors. Over the course of two months, I gave Joe a million questions/requests, and he answered and took them all with ease and understanding. When I had a change he was flexible and accommodating to my needs, which is HUGE in my book. He was able to help me come up with a classy menu featuring 10 small plates ranging from delicious filet mignon, crab cakes, spinach sun-dried tomatoes, flour-less chocolate cake and other small decadent plates for our guests--all which had superior attention-to-detail and beautiful presentation. The guests all raved about how amazingly delicious the food was!!! Joe's staff was professional, attentive to our guests and efficient with set up and clean up. They arrived an hour before our guests did in order to set up and prep the food. Throughout the night, his staff walked around and made sure people were served attentively. I really appreciated that I was able to hire bar-tending services through his company, which allowed for our guests to be served wine/beer and also have a cocktail made as well. Overall, the whole dinner event couldn't have gone smoother and I have Joe and his amazing team to thank. I got numerous accolades at work for pulling off such a flawless event, but I have Joe and his entire team to thank. I will definitely be using My Chef Orlando for our work event next year. Book them for your event, hands down you won't regret it!!!!read more

    Hired My Chef for a couple of days while in Orlando for a convention. Simply amazing the food and service was what you would expect from a top rated rated restaurant. Joe was very accommodating on meeting all of our specific needs including some last minute changes. This was the way to go we rented a large home in Reunion so much easier and more relaxed versus trying to coordinate a group of 25 out to a restaurant.read more
